- Resolve technical issues and product questions using proprietary CRM systems
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate case records
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues efficiently
- Meet/exceed KPIs for customer satisfaction (95%+) and first-contact resolution
- Contribute to process improvements for faster issue resolution
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or technical support experience
- Proficiency in Zendesk/Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills with native English fluency
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
