Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, resolving inquiries efficiently and effectively.
- Manage high volumes of incoming calls and emails while maintaining accurate call logs and customer data records.
- Process customer orders, returns, and service requests accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify trends in customer feedback and improve service quality.
- Operate standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and printers, with proficiency.
- Uphold company standards for professionalism, punctuality, and workplace cleanliness.
- Assist in cross-training with other departments to support overall business operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; college students are encouraged to apply.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
