Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately input and update customer information into our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the support team to solve complex problems efficiently.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Maintain a positive, friendly demeanor during all interactions and adhere to company policies.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (40+ WPM preferred).
- Strong verbal communication skills with a focus on active listening.
