Responsibilities
- Answering incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Providing detailed product information and assistance to guide customers effectively.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
Qualifications
