Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a positive and professional attitude.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Update customer information and transaction records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and monthly performance goals.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to type and navigate computer systems with basic proficiency.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
