Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Answer product inquiries, provide recommendations, and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints with patience, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for transaction processing.
- Reliable transportation is required to attend our walk-in interviews.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
