Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Assist with stock replenishment, merchandise display, and store organization.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain strict accountability for the cash drawer.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Monitor store inventory levels and report shortages or damages.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) without exception.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for transaction processing.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
