Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer inbound calls and resolve inquiries in a timely manner.
- Process customer orders, payments, and returns accurately.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales and service targets.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market trends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
