Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and improve service quality.
- Update customer records in the CRM system to reflect accurate account information.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
