Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and pricing with accuracy.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Operate cash registers, handle payments, and maintain accurate cash drawers.
- Collaborate with the sales floor team to achieve daily and weekly performance goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and resolve them to satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (equivalent experience is considered).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to the workplace.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
