Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls and resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure high service standards.
- Update customer records in the database with detailed and accurate information.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and service targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
