Responsibilities
- Delocate exceptional customer experiences via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Resolve billing inquiries, service issues, and product questions efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet/exceed customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT)
- Participate in weekly skill development sessions
- Support community outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's degree preferred but not mandatory
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email systems)
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid NM driver's license (for occasional off-site duties)
- Pass background check and drug screening
