Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide exceptional technical support and product guidance to new and existing clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase our innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with the engineering and sales teams to resolve complex account issues.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs.
- Document customer feedback and log technical issues in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- No prior experience necessary – we value attitude over experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new software and company procedures.
