Responsibilities

- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot client concerns and provide efficient solutions to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Data Analysis: Monitor account health and usage metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with the internal team to refine customer service protocols and training materials.
- Sales Support: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to meet revenue targets.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and account statuses.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive paid training.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Availability: Must be available to start immediately and work full-time hours (Monday-Friday).
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Georgia.
