Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and in-person to resolve inquiries and provide top-tier support.
- Conduct product demonstrations and onboarding sessions for new clients.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities.
- Document customer feedback and communicate trends to management.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to enhance performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; a degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a busy, high-volume environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new software.
- A positive attitude, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
