Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during weekend shifts.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our internal database.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations over the weekend.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services when appropriate.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays, including holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35 WPM.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available for an immediate walk-in interview.
