Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS operating systems and peripheral devices
- Document technical issues and resolutions using ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex infrastructure challenges
- Conduct system health checks and preventative maintenance tasks
- Train end-users on new technology implementations and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of technical support or help desk experience
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills with customer service orientation
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work flexible hours including occasional weekends
