Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS workstations and peripherals
- Manage Active Directory accounts, group policies, and user permissions
- Document IT processes, incidents, and resolutions in ServiceNow ticketing system
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring and basic firewall administration
- Train end-users on cybersecurity best practices and company IT policies
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects and deployments
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems
- Customer service mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues methodically
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site client visits
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn new systems
