Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Conduct regular system updates and security patches to ensure data integrity.
- Provide excellent customer service and technical guidance to non-technical staff members.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows), and network concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Willingness to obtain industry certifications (we will sponsor training).
