Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues across 200+ employees
- Manage helpdesk ticketing system with SLA adherence
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS workstations
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring and maintenance
- Create user documentation and training materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Implement security protocols and access controls
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment handling
- Valid Nebraska driver's license for occasional site visits
