Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for enterprise clients
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems
- Document troubleshooting steps and maintain ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical issues
- Conduct user training sessions for new software deployments
- Participate in IT infrastructure projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Customer service mindset with patience and empathy
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Willingness to obtain CompTIA A+ certification within 6 months
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
