Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure backend services using Node.js and Python.
- Develop responsive and intuitive front-end user interfaces with modern frameworks such as React.js and Vue.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to define feature requirements.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across devices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Expertise in at least one major backend technology (Node.js, Express, Django, or Ruby on Rails).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
