Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; internship or academic project experience is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and a basic understanding of SQL or Python is highly desirable.
- Analytical Thinking: A logical approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
- Communication: Ability to explain complex data findings to non-technical team members clearly and concisely.
