Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware/software systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues across Windows/Linux environments
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and peripherals
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of technical procedures
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system implementations
- Train end-users on new software and security protocols
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support) preferred
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional client site visits
