Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers and mobile devices.
- Respond to and resolve incoming helpdesk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to identify system trends and implement improvements.
- Conduct user training sessions to ensure staff are comfortable with new software and tools.
- Monitor system performance and perform routine system backups to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in IT or related field is a plus).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and complete internal certification programs.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between office locations if required.
