Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support via phone, email, and remote access
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues (Windows OS, Microsoft 365)
- Deploy and configure workstations, peripherals, and network devices
- Document all support tickets in ITSM system with detailed resolution steps
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Conduct employee training on new software and security protocols
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and procurement requests
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+/Network+ certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and TCP/IP networking
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call support
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
- Proficient with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Previous helpdesk or internship experience a plus
