Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Deploy and configure desktops, laptops, and network infrastructure
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot connectivity problems
- Document technical procedures and maintain asset inventory
- Collaborate with senior engineers on cybersecurity protocols
- Assist with user account management and access controls
- Participate in IT asset lifecycle management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred)
