Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Hardware & Software: Diagnose and resolve technical issues for end-users, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Network Support: Assist in maintaining local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN), ensuring optimal connectivity.
- User Assistance: Provide exceptional customer service by answering help desk tickets and guiding users through technical procedures.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine system updates, patch management, and security checks to protect company data.
- Documentation: Accurately log all support tickets, resolutions, and technical configurations in the CRM system.
- Remote Support: Assist clients located in Texas and other remote territories via remote desktop tools.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- Technical Basics: Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time, including weekends or evenings during peak support periods.
- Reliability: Must be a self-starter with a strong desire to learn new technologies.
