Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Document IT incidents and solutions using ticketing systems
- Train employees on new software and security protocols
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor’s degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly
- Valid driver’s license (for occasional site visits)
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
