What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, printers, and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and respond to helpdesk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement network upgrades, security patches, and software deployments.
- Document technical procedures and user guides to improve team efficiency.
- Conduct regular IT asset inventories and ensure equipment is properly tagged and tracked.
Qualifications
