Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using modern frameworks.
- Lead architectural discussions and code reviews to ensure best practices and code quality.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define product requirements and features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, including database performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the full stack.
- Contribute to the technical debt reduction and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning within the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Understanding of cloud services (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
