Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product strategy and roadmaps.
- Conduct user research, create personas, and build user journeys to inform design decisions.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using Figma.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of continuous learning and design excellence.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze user feedback to iterate and optimize product performance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of projects, including mobile and web applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-designers.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus.
