Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and processes in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to upgrade systems and improve service delivery.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and supplies.
- Conduct basic security awareness training for new hires.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is a plus).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows, macOS).
- Familiarity with networking concepts and internet connectivity troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
