Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve internal processes and user experience.
- Conduct basic user training on company software and security protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of all support tickets and issues resolved.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows/MacOS).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to obtain relevant IT certifications (we support training).
