Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
- Participate in daily training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Document all sales activities, interactions, and customer feedback accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on persuasion.
