Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly targets
- Identify and prospect new enterprise clients in the Pacific Northwest region
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation
- Collaborate with product team to customize solutions for client needs
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly performance reports
- Mentor junior sales representatives on best practices
- Attend industry events to expand professional network
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with SaaS solutions
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets ($500k+ annually)
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Experience with CRM implementation preferred
