Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new business across North Texas
- Manage a portfolio of 50+ B2B clients in the retail and service sectors
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings and product demonstrations
- Collaborate with marketing team to create targeted campaigns
- Analyze sales data and adjust strategies to meet quarterly targets
- Mentor junior sales representatives through training sessions
- Attend industry networking events to expand company presence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with proven track record
- Strong knowledge of Dallas metro market dynamics
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel 20% of time within Texas
