- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotional materials.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high retention rates and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required; College degree preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and technologies.
- Reliable transportation to and from the office (Walk-in Interview Location).
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
