As an Entry Level SEO Specialist & Recruiter, you will be at the forefront of our digital growth strategy. You will learn the ins and outs of SEO, content strategy, and candidate sourcing to help top talent find their dream jobs and businesses reach their goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and analyze search trends to optimize web content for Las Vegas and Ohio markets.
- Assist in managing social media profiles and crafting engaging posts to drive traffic.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to screen and coordinate interviews for entry-level candidates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve site ranking and user experience.
- Participate in daily training sessions to master SEO tools and recruitment best practices.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications is a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter).
- Basic understanding of SEO concepts is preferred but we provide full training.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
