Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on problem resolution.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Document all customer interactions and technical solutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex issues and learn best practices.
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of office technology and equipment.
- Provide clear, jargon-free explanations to non-technical customers.
Qualifications

- Strong desire to learn new technologies and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
