Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity problems and network configuration errors.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the internal knowledge base.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of new user workstations and peripherals.
- Communicate complex technical information to non-technical users in a clear, professional manner.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to share insights and learn new technologies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or Computer Science preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, macOS, and basic networking concepts.
