Responsibilities
- Provide first-class customer support via phone, email, and chat for software users.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Log and categorize all support tickets into our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and report software bugs.
- Conduct product training sessions for new clients.
