Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Provide exceptional customer service through remote support channels and on-site visits.
- Document technical inquiries and resolutions in our knowledge base system.

- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement network security protocols.

Qualifications
