Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments and organize inventory using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces
- Operate warehouse equipment safely following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Use inventory management software for tracking stock
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to our Memphis facility
- Team player with strong work ethic
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
