Your Role
You will travel to various client sites in the Chicago area to provide on-site technical support. We are looking for someone who is customer-focused and can solve complex problems with ease.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair hardware malfunctions, including printers, routers, and workstations.
- Install and configure operating systems and enterprise software applications.
- Provide on-site technical support and training to non-technical staff members.
- Maintain accurate service logs and inventory records for all parts and tools used.
- Perform routine network troubleshooting and cable management.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company service standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or field service.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods during site visits.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
