- Update customer records and maintain organized filing systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Reliable transportation to our NYC office.
