Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person to provide excellent service and support.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Process customer orders, returns, and account information accurately.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and fellow employees to meet departmental KPIs.
- Stay updated on company products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding data privacy and safety.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new software/tools.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- No prior experience is necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
