Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services via phone and in-person.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure optimal workflow.
- Update customer records in the database with high attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets regarding call volume and satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or data entry is preferred but not mandatory for walk-in applicants.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends if required.
