- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
- Update customer records and ensure data accuracy in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet weekend performance targets and KPIs.
- Assist in processing returns, exchanges, and general transactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the spot.
