Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
